I am so ready to meet my little man, I've been having the worst mock labor pains ever, like I'll have contractions and they will be steady and then I'll go lay down and relax like the doctor told me and they stop! this is the third time its happened... Idk what to do, I'm dilated to a two, and the doctor did a cervical sweep yesterday and I thought for sure I was in labor last night but nope!!!! I'm over it... lol

girl I feel you I've been like that for the past 2 days now

I'm so ready to have my little girl and I'm barely at a 1 but get really bad contractions and the minute I relax my body it just all goes away @bennysmama

right its so frustrating, like when I'm up walking around I feel them so bad, and then the minute I lay down I'll have like maybe one or two and then it just goes away!!!! I'm like what the hell everyone says to just relax and breathe through it and I feel like that's working against me, the best thing for me is to stand there and grab onto something slightly bent over and rock back and forth while breathing, that's what I'm gonna do next time I get a spell of them, I'm beyond ready, I loved being pregnant but its time... lol... I'll be thirty nine weeks in two days, I'm like a week from the due date they gave me, and I want him to come if not on Friday then before that, I can't do another week and a half of this

yea I feel you

when it happens I usually just take a warm shower to relax my body but sometimes it gets me

I have tried every thing from sex to walking to pressure points just to go into labor and still nothing if I don't have her by this week I will be induced I'm currently 38weeks2days

oh wow we are very close in gestation... lol... but yes I tried it all too.... I even had sex last night to try and make them stay and it didn't work, I was like, I just give up, my doctor won't induce until after I go past my due date

Okay update. I dropped the kids off at school and they had to check their hair and they were good. I talked to the teacher and she said that they didn't have a case but that an older sibling had it and I guess the mom treated both kids. I was like oh but if you have a case do we get notified and she said no, it's a HIPPA violation. 🤯 I said how, I'm not asking for names and you don't even have to say it was in their class. I feel like now the parents weren't told that their kids have been in contact and I'm ready to homeschool. She said everything is kept separate with covid going on. I feel like I'll be dealing with this again and I'm kinda annoyed. I don't want to seem like a crazy mom but I'm like should I call their doctor to see what the school is supposed to do.
