New here and trying to conceive: not much luck yet, but not giving up hope

How long have you been trying? It took my boyfriend & I 3 months of trying before finally conceiving. We had agreed to have fun with it & not get stressed or worked up about it but every time I had a negative test I would get so upset & TTC was the only thing on my mind. I would call him demanding he would come home from work because I was ovulating. But really just try to have fun with it.

@aysialoraine ur welcome I know what it's like trying to conceive and feel like it's going no where my and my hubby were trying for like three years had two miscarriages along the way I thought I would never be able to conceive then we stopped trying one day unexpectedly I hadn't got my period for a month and to my surprise it was positive now here I am 27 weeks + 5 days so good luck to u 😁

I believe that's my problem, I want it so bad that I get upset when a test comes back negative. We've been trying for almost 2 months now. I'm scared I'm not fertile. I always think of all the worst problems, and it just stresses me out. I'm also a college student, so it doesn't really help, lol. & awe, congratulations! I'm so happy for the both of you! Me and my husband stopped thinking about conceiving and just thought about each other I know it may sound weird but once we stopped thinking about conceiving and stopped counting the weeks and period days it happened for us it's hard to do but it works

@aysialoraine, 2 Months?!?!?! Girl yeah you're getting yourself worked up. I'm not in college yet but I wish I was. Now it's on hold because of baby so just stay focused in your studies for now. You will conceive when you're least expecting it! That's the best time of all because it's like a surprise!
