Anyone else's newborn HATE baths? She's 11 days old and every time I give her a bath she screams at the top of her lungs until clothes are put back on. My other two loved baths from day one so I'm a bit at a loss lol.

it's a security issue. babies are used to being all cramped up. so when they are new they don't like being exposed. it's good for them to cry as long as they are not stressing too much. and also babies only need to be washed twice a week, otherwise their skin gets too dry and that will save some stress too. my baby didn't like baths until like 3 months old. she loved them then, she's 2 now and I still have a hard time getting her out of the tub lol
try warmer water not to much warmer though my 8 month old love very warm water
my 2 year old was like that but now she loves baths
This was only her second bath.. that's what I tell my husband.. I'm so glad she don't need one every night like the other two lol.
