it's okay. yes it keeps them strong and steady which is what you need to dilate. @khefner812

I was put on the pit with both of my kids and was successful with a vaginal delivery both times

I have to have pit every time or else I won't go past 3cm. I've only have vaginal deliveries. @khefner812

yeah my mom was only induced with one of us, but she came in 45mins. and my moms longest labor was 6hrs. and she had no c-sections @littlemama113

I already have it set up for me to be induced, on his due date.. I have dilated and I'm 50% effaced.. I go in at 5am. for set up and to get the IV.. and my doctor will be in about 730-8 to break my water.. each weekly visit I have progressed with dilation.. I'm just scared to have to have a c-section! @charlotttesmama6515

I had to be induced at 41 weeks 5 days. I didn't want to be induced but I had signs of preclampsia. My water was broken at 9, and baby was born at 6:33. It went perfect. My epidural worked amazingly and I didn't have any pain during the labor or birth. I was very lucky!

I was induced, it was just a timely process, I had no problems.

I am dilated almost 2cm.. since yesterday. I started dilating at 36 weeks. I'm going to be 39, this Wednesday,, and being induced next Wednesday, on my 40 weeks.

I was induced... Wasn't dilated at all, 5 days over due. They didn't want my labor to progress to fast because I was having signs of pre-eclampsia so they gave me something vaginally every four hours. After the first I was only half a finger dilated, the second I was 2 cm. they ended up putting a ballon in to get me to four cm. after that and my epidural baby's heart rate started to drop with my contractions so I had a c section

I got induced and 3 days later they gave me a c section..contractions every 20 minutes for 3 days,and only dialated to a 3😕

i got induced and ended up with a c-section my ob said it was most likely going to happen come to find out my cervix is higher up and said that's why it took my almost forever to dilate

I was induced last year wit my son and 2 weeks ago wit my baby girl. Didn't have to have a c section either time.
