question is it normal to have a lump when hand expressing? when i hand express i feel like a lump or ball in my nipple area

Its not painful? I had to have surgery because of an abscess from a lump/clogged duct in my breast

When did it get out of hand?
For my readers when was the point when you realized yeah my reading is getting out of hand? Mine was when I was reading and driving 🙃🤦🏾♀️I was young and reckless.

So my breast pump is not emptying me like it should. I can still hand express milk. Any suggestions?

jomommaclark sounds like your pumping amount is normal. breastfeeding definitely is not easy. maybe sooner other mommas ands
paisleysmama0216 You can definitely build your supply back up you just gotta keep feeding on demand and pumping

ya0515 Yeah it was 9 off one breast. But she hadn't eaten off that one in a while
missing98user Oh ok. I was unknowingly pumping majority of the milk out of each breast which caused oversupply.

Thoughts on hand expressing colostrum before baby?

a.mama22 My friend lives in Australia and I guess her midwife actually instructed her to express colostrum in
stitchandbottle I used my pump 10 days before my due date and later that day started having contractions.
