It could be bacterial vaginosis that's an infection that happens sometimes for various reasons. I would get it checked out by Dr ASAP

It can happen by even sitting on a public restroom toilet - does not mean ur dirty . Also pregnancy causes yeast infections . My SIL had a lot of yeast infections during her pregnancy , her doctor told her that it's the pregnancy so it could be the same for you

does bacterial vaginosis have any other side effect such as itchiness or for it to be detected it is that @foreveryoung247

I've had a yeast infection already in this pregnancy but it was caused by some antibiotics that the ER gave me. But yes it causes a smell.

I didn't. I just went to Walmart and got monistat and applied it for 3-4 days and avoided taking baths.

It was gone within those 3-4 days

it can also be bacterial vaginosis (bv) you should tell your doctor to check you its cause by the increase of hormones

just went online and did more research it seems as though there are no symptoms of bv :/ hard to know if I would have that I will be calling my physician first thing tomorrow morning to see what I can do...as i do not have an appointment with him until next Thursday thank you ladies for all your help @mllj_alvarado @danikag @foreveryoung247 @mrsmord

I never showed symptoms either they found it when I told them I was smelly and they took some discharge to test it

I don't remember any other symptoms but that was a long time ago ... You know when your smell is off at least I do. Best to call Dr and make an appointment to be seen sooner.
