Can anybody help I'm 26 +1 weeks and work keep bothering me about when I'm going on maternity I'm not due until 1st April but not to sure how I'm going to feel so don't want to tie down a date what would you all do ?

You can always set a date and go on maternity leave early if needs be which is what I have have done. Work as a chef so long hours on my feet X
You can take maternity from 27 weeks so it's up to you and how you feel, also depends on your job mine was quire physically demanding so I left at 30 weeks but 3 weeks later and I'm sooooo bored lol x

Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?

@deon88, I'm a support worker for the disabled. I'm due the 18th of April, my official maternity leave date is the 14th of March with 2 weeks annual leave on top of that making it the 29th of February, so I will be 33 weeks! But I've been told I'm at risk of premature labour so my little bean may be here before then! Just do what you think you can handle! You can always leave earlier if needed! C
