How many ladies have had 8lb babies and were still small enough to wear newborn clothes and for how long?

my daughter was 8lb 6oz and newborns were too big for her for the first two weeks

@maybaby2016, really? I was just wondering because a lot of the newborn clothes say they are up to 8lbs and I have so many cute ones from family and I want him to be able to wear them all.

yep, she was pretty long though. newborns hung off of her until I fattened her up with breast milk. lol

my daughter was 8lbs 8.5 ozs and new born did not fit at all
