I am dealing with a similar struggle, I still owe 1800 for my c section delivery in march I was put on a payment plan and I'm worried I'll be dropped from the practice if I can't pay and don't know what I'll do for my delivery!
That's really stupid. They want your money to schedule you but won't even take it? I don't even get bills they send mine to pre collections and I have to stumble to pay it off.

they won't even let me pay it when I get paid because its already been three months even tho I just got the bill

If I were you I would just look for somewhere else to get seen. You need your appointments to check on your LO. Screw them.
