Does anybody else struggle with drinking so much water a day? It's not the water for me. I love water, it's just drinking so much in general. After a really scary hospital trip & I was told I was dehydrated, I'm trying so hard.
I hate water so so much, I'm having such a hard time drinking as much as possible 😥
need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Do you pregnant mommies really drink 8-10 glasses of water a day? It's hard for me to drink water because I'm just not thirsty! I drink 2-3 bottles of water just at night every night but during the day it's nothing or juice sometimes and rarely water (I'm not really a soda drinker). This baby just makes me hungry not so much thirsty...any tips or advice?
So I really have not been drinking water...I've been drinking lots of juice, lemonade, but not necessarily water. I just can't stand the taste of water and I'm picky about water I drink. I know I need to drink it though. Any other mamas not drink water through there pregnancy or don't do well drinking water? Will not drinking water affect my baby alot?
How much water do I have to drink a day?? So I know to drink it so it's good for me and the baby :).

@mrs.mossow, it's not water it's just drinking so much . My doctor wants me to drink 8 bottles a day and I still haven't been able to.. I try I just can't

i have alot of trouble drinking that much water. i can drink tea and all that all day long but i dont kike water ive got to force myself to drink a few bottles if water a day or put some kind of flavoring in my water.

me I was having so much trouble drinking water every time I did it came back up and I felt super sick so I put lemon in it and it helped until I was able to get back to drinking water I was drinking a gallon a day before I got pregnant then I didn't drink any at all for about 3 days and only having half a glass when I would it started causing contractions but it got better now and I'm back to a gallon a day

I bought smaller 10 oz bottles to help with drinking a lot at a time because I just don't think about it and drink a lot a once and then I'm like oh I'm out of water. its pike a mental thing to me the smaller the bottle the less water so its not discouraging to me to see alllllll that water in a big bottle if that makes sense

See my doctor said just water 😢 Sometimes I feel like because my doctor is so busy and has so many patients he fails to tell me a lot. My sister and me have the same ob and she had her baby and while I was there are ob didn't even remember me being one of his patients.

My ob told me to switch to Gatorade. I get sick basically everytime I eat. So she told me to go to Gatorade to prevent dehydration.
