Well it looks like I'm scheduled for my induction on Thursday at 7pm. Cervix is shut tight and not soft. She can't even get to membrane obviously cause im closed. Dr said it's very common with first time mom with possible c section seeing that nothing has happened. Told her after 12 hours I want the caesarean. Don't want to be in labor for 20+ hours with no progress. Im disappointed but god knows best. Once Ethan is healthy and moving around and measuring ok that's all we care about.

14 hours of labor. only progressed to a 4. He never dropped so they said there was not enough pressure on my cervix...that's not what it felt like. lol I had a c section. he's a happy and healthy 16 month old now.

@mrs.blackmon, that's the thing with me. I haven't dropped. My mother had two c sections I would be fine. Just never had surgery before and bein a nurse all sort of crazy thoughts are going through my mind.

I was induced with my first at 41 weeks and they had to stop and start twice. which caused problems for my son. this time around they went ahead and scheduled the c section. my husband's response was he was happy BC he wouldn't have to wait around at the hospital all day this time. we would just show up and have the baby right then. no waiting. I hit him. BC I was in labor from Saturday till Wednesday when they induced to make me dilate.

Wow. That's too long. Asked her to just schedule me for a c section. She said give it a try first. The baby usually don't like the pitocin. This should be interesting for me. Thanks for info. @cc189126

@nurseriri, I was trying to avoid a c section at all costs but ended up having one any ways. the incision hurt like hell for about a week and it was hard to get up at all without crying.
