👶🏽💓Birth Story Time!!!📖📖

So I was at home and I started feeling like I had an upset stomach, then came tons of diarrhea! I was up all night walking back and forth to the bathroom. Finally I tried to sleep and my upper legs started to hurt and so did my butt, back along with menstrual cramp feelings. So I started to prepare myself and time it. To me it was every 10mins so my doctor said wait awhile and drink water. The contractions kept coming so I called her n said I'm coming in and she insisted on me waiting because it's early!!! Good thing I didn't listen because I came in and she was like I'm sure you're only 4cm. She check me I was 8 to 9cm 😳😳😳 Everyone was shocked and she broke my water. Come to find out I was having contractions every 2 mins and never felt it. So they got me ready for delivery and I did it "All Natural" I'm so proud of myself and God for giving me the strength to even be that strong. But pushing was the hardest part 😥because I really didn't feel the need to push so I took a little while for me to bare down and push! Then Pop she came out and I was Oh So Relived and Super Exhausted! 💤💤💤

(P.S. I did a lot of meditation and practiced lots of breathing techniques. They always said pain is in the mind and child birth is nothing to be afraid of.) 😁🙌🏽
