Do you feel like it's the actual tear burning or do you think its a uti? You can easily get a uti after giving birth, especially if you had a catheter in which you always get with an epidural.

Did the hospital give you a squirt bottle? Fill it with warm water and squeeze the water on the tear as you go to the restroom.
