maybe this will help
*A blood test or pregnancy strip can determine pregnancy quite better than "symptoms" lets do the subjective then the objective
*smoking will decrease the oxygen to the fetus (healthcare providers will advise you to not smoke).
*laying on the left side during pregnancy greatly enhances oxygen to the fetus
* if you are bleeding no matter if its bright red or dark you should seek medical advice
*if your baby is less than 6 months has a low grade fever 99.0 or higher probably should not medicate the baby with otc drugs initially.. try taking off clothes luke warm bath then consulting healthcare providers medications are prescribed for children by weight and most pharmacological potential interactions are considered by a professional
*if your baby is older than 6 months please see above
* If the father of your child has not helped you with the child or seen the child its now time to go to your local child support office. they can assist you with much needed interventions to establish proper assistance.. you can also apply for assistance from your state.. most applications can be filled out online.. the state can also assist with proper decleration of paternity (free dna test) you can also seek full custody once you have the baby.. (highly recommend ) which can also be implemented with financial assistance (fee waiver) based on your income.. my own personal opinion if you are in the hospital and having your child on your own.. why give the father the last name.. (if you give him the last name by signing it on the birth certificate and he does nothing for the baby or is on drugs.. whatever the situation congratulations you just gave him 50% custody just by doing this.. if you want to get remarried one day and your husband now wants to adopt your child you will now have to ask the other parent for permission to remove his last name.. based on your states jurisdiction
* medical providers strongly prohibit the use of recreational drugs or alcohol during pregnancy very likely that these two can be addictions therefore just one drink or just one puff may not only be one..
* crackers by the bedside toast.. ginger basically most soft foods without spicy seasoning or saltiness will assist with reducing your chances of throwing up
* preterm labor can be caused by dehydration.. and unhealthy oral hygeine keep those teeth clean because your gums Have a direct link to your blood supply
* swelling of the face hands or other areas of the body can be associated with preeclampsia or eclampsia (blood pressure is much to high if left untreated can lead to self care neglect.. strokes or your vital organs shutting down please do not have the mentality that i am young and invincible i was a 21 year old cna and had a 21 year old patient who had stroke right after having her baby.. i had to change her postpartum pads because she couldnt move one whole side of her body
* taking a nice warm bath with epsom salt because it has magnesium in it can stop the process of labor. .. follow it by drinking water and lying on the left side if you still experience contractions seek medical advice
* swollen breasts are normally during pregnancy try wearing a bra with full support to reduce discomfort warm baths
* any lump in the breast should be consulted by your medical professional
* ask all questions when in the hospital your nurses should be your best source of information they are getting paid to inform you of expected changes as well as unexpected
