Ugh my son keeps gaging and only once did anything come up and it was just a little spit up but this scares the shit…

I'm not sure if it's the same, but my so started doing that at 6 weeks...he has reflux

For reflux, thru say to hold them upright for 30 minutes after feeding and don't lay them flat for sleeping. Maybe try that and see if it helps. Also make sure nasal passages are clear
