tips on getting a 1 year old to sleep on their own(her own bed).
i have been co sleeping only because she wont sleep unless im there.
she did fine sleeping on her own up until 6 months ago then it went to crap.
i cant take it anymore.
i dont even get to sleep in my bed.
i have been having to sleep on the couch with her because she hates sleeping in the bed!
i need my space. i cant co sleep anymore. help me what do i do.
i plan on taking to her doctor at her next appointment but im kinda scared because her doctor is so very against co sleeping.
what do i do??

Phoo on the doctor. They can be against something all the want, but each child is different. If your baby refuses everything else, what else can you do? Is there a magical cure all he/she can offer to fix it?

can you get in the crib? that's what I do with sadie, 90% of the time I love Co sleeping but sometimes I need my space so I get in her crib and we nurse or snuggle until she's asleep then I get out (which sometimes is the hardest thing ever) every one says I'm nuts for getting in the crib but it works for us

oh try having her nap alone first! they say that helps I take naps with sadie so I haven't gotten there yet
