Usually 3 I believe, it just depends on your doctor. One per trimester (confirmation, gender/growth, and another growth in 3rd) I didn't have insurance so I had to get my confirmation ultrasound through a local clinic and when I finally got my insurance and got into my doctor I had my gender and growth at 21 weeks and then my doctor wouldn't schedule another because I was healthy and he didn't think it was necessary 😞 but my little man is here and is perfect and healthy 😊

I had 4 ultrasounds when I was pregnant with my son which was last year and have the same insurance but I've only had 1 with my daughter. Just seems weird to be that I'm 32 weeks now and haven't had another ultrasound since I was 20. I found out I was pregnant at 17 weeks so I figured I would get at least one more before I have my daughter in February but my OB hasn't even mentioned anything about another one.

It depends on your insurance as well, most only cover 3 to 4 unless you're high risk
