What signs should I look for after a baby falls off the bed????

On a normal day can she follow a toy or an object if you moved it up, down, left & right? If baby can do that on a normal day, make sure they can still focus his/her eyes on an object and follow it. If s/he seems tired out of nowhere that could be an issue if you know they fell on his/her head,
