I got checked today. My outer cervix is softening a little bit, but zero dilation in the inner cervix.
Honestly the pain i go through when they check the cervix is not even worth it. I go home crying because they don't even notice how much they hurt you even though they see it on your face.
Just a quick question... Can a very irritating, very painful cervical check cause more contractions and faster dilation? They gave me pain meds so the only thing I feel is contractions and her movements. There are more of them now.
Had my cervix checked (at hospital) on Sunday 1cm dilated.... go today my doc says I’m not dilated at all . Ummmmmmmmm 🤷🏾♀️
that back pain was more then just pain it's contractions I'm 6cm dilated baby will be here very soon!😄👼👍👍👍👍👍💑💜
I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels
I'm having very consistent contractions, 2-5 minutes apart, but they're not very strong and they range from 30 seconds to a little over a minute. Should I still go in even though they're not horribly painful?
I have an appt to check my baby's growth and check my cervix today. I'm at risk for preterm labor and was wondering when they check my cervix through ultrasound if they can see if I'm dilated or anything like that?
when I had my daughter i was checked and that night I went into labor.....it hurt so bad and I was already contracting when I got there but after the visit it sent my contractions into over drive
