Anyone know if Tylenol PM is ok to take?

@Krds2014, same here! I took it last night and slept better than I have in a month @momx2 ! I did feel slightly groggy this am so I may try taking a little earlier!

I'm having a hard time, the Tylenol pm made me feel like I wanted to jump out of my skin. Benadryl worked much better.

@pardonmemom, yes it is okay. I take it all the time. I have the hardest time trying to sleep!
