Does anyone else's baby go days without pooping?

my sons doctor said they can go up to a week without pooping

Ok I was just concerned cause my son has went 2 days without pooping

my son would go days with out pooping and his doctor recommend prune or pear juice, my son hated the prune but drinks the pear and it definitely helped him be more regular
