how do you know if your in "back labor"?

omg! how far along were you? @mimiz that scares me. that's one of my biggest fears

I mean you're at a good week if you can handle the pain wait I had them for a week and unfortunately I didn't know what it was until I went in I though my body was shifting but they bothered a lot like I couldn't sleep that's when I lost my baby

I don't go to the doc until Thursday for my checkup. wonder if I should just wait it out until then? the doc hasn't even checked me to see if I'm dilated yet. she said prob the last week @mimiz

does it mean that real labor is close? cuz my back is killing me :/ @mimiz
