They shouldn't be painful. You may feel crampy a bit and feel some tightening in your belly. I had them at 28 weeks but didn't really know. I wouldn't have noticed if I wasn't stuck at the hospital bring monitored. But they shouldn't be painful. Just uncomfortable.

Not really super painful, but very uncomfortable yes. Like someone is squeezing your belly, and it gets hard all over, or it tenses up.

that could be or it could be your ligaments stretching and getting prepares for the birth. I'm very sore too in that area.
