@proudmommyy1123, yes I was the same way first nose bleed ever. but after putting pressure on it and relaxing I felt better.

well I bleed from both outta no where I just treated it like a regular nose bleed. I don't think its much to worry about unless you have high blood pressure or something. but if it worries you just call your doctor.
