Officially at 37 weeks today! My little rainbow baby is now considered full term😊🌈🙏🏼 its been a nervous roller coaster but I'm so happy and excited we made it this far. Although this is not my first child I'm still very nervous for labor and delivery😁 (my first born is 7 years old) but i just want her here already💞 my first daughter came at 38 weeks exact naturally so I'm hoping her sister will follow her steps👣please send some labor vibes to meeee✨😉 lol p.s. Love sharing this pic here on preggie since I feel it's too exposed for my other social media lol that is all💖

@jgarciamua, my dr said 37 weeks is considered full term and lots of apps say the same thing. They are in the clear with fully developed lungs. Due dates are estimates and not everyone makes it to 40 weeks. This is what my app told me today😉

Oh how crazy! I use to work with an OBGYN as a MA. And he would say 39 is full term. My app also says 39 weeks is full term.. And march of dimes says it as well. 🤔

I think they recently changed it and before it was 37. I know for twins 37 weeks is considered full term

@jgarciamua who knows lol a week or 2 off is no biggie. My daughter was born at 38 weeks perfectly fine thankfully. No breathing problems what's so ever. I've seen mommys on here deliver at 37 weeks with no problems. When they are ready they are ready💞 I just hope mine comes soon😁👶🏼💖

Actually every week counts. But some babies are strong enough so yea its ok if theyre born a little early 👶🏻 @abella1023

37 weeks is just considered a safe zone. Most babies have a high chance of survival at 37 weeks, but 39 weeks is considered full term. Between 37-39 weeks the babies brain actually get 2/3's bigger.

My doc said 37 weeks is full term also but I guess it's different depending on who you ask
