what have you mixed it with?

I've mixed it with formula I've tried a few times before but he just turns his head and spits it out. Now he has a cold so he's just being extra fussy.

we skipped it. it doesn't have nutritional benefits anyways. but up to you !

It's really just a filler and not that great for them anyway. We skipped it and didn't do many purées either.

@alicia3_21, @kmally I was given a lot so i want to at least try. I do have purée Gerber food also that I've been waiting to give to him also.

@kmally, any advice on how you did it would help me a lot. my brother says to give it him and I also have other family members telling to just give him solids.

Look up baby led weaning. That's what we did. Started at 6/7 months with avocado, banana, soft foods he could grab.

@kmally, I'm going to look into that he's sick this week might have to wait until he's better to try.
