drink anything with caffeine along with the Tylenol works miracles girl! that was the only way I could get rid of my headaches/migraines

icey hot on you neck back and shoulders even in your temples and on the back of your head. i know its messy but its worth it i have them everyday, also take a warm bath at the same time, tylenol doesnt work for me anymore thats the only thing i seem to get any relief from. i hope you feel better
