My nipples hurt so bad I broke down and gave bash a formula bottle(which he didn't take) because he's already gone through the stored breast milk 😫 I've tried so many things to try to get my milk supply up and it'll work for like a day then it's like I'm dried up 😢 geeeeze this is getting harder than I thought

I tried to breast feed my daughter, I did it for 2 days and have up because 1. it hurt and 2. my daughter wanted to be latched CONSTANTLY because she had to have something to suck on.

I know it's hard....4 months pp and I gotta tell you, I nearly gave up several times, but I'm still exclusively breastfeeding! If you're really committed, just keep at it, because it DOES get easier!!! Also, you may have that "empty" feel but as long as your baby is peeing at least 6 to 8 times per day, you are making PLENTY of milk! It's very important to feed on demand, and work on making sure you try different positions, to find the best way to get a good latch, which will help with the pain....remember, it's not just you that has to learn, baby has to learn, too! It honestly took my baby girl at least 3 weeks to figure it out so I wasn't in pain each feed....but I pushed through and it was worth it! Hang in there mama, and if you have to switch or supplement with formula, it's not the end of the world 😊

Anytime sweetie, and if you ever wanna vent just hmu...stay at home mom, I don't got much going on besides playing with my girl, feeding, cleaning lol....LOTS of sleepless nights haha

happens to me too but don't give up. it's worth it in the end. just take a break and breathe when you feel stressed.
