I need some serious advice please... I am 6 months with Twins and everyone gets emotional but the past two weeks have been hell. I am just starting to cry myself to sleep every night. i become less and less happy about this pregnancy as the days pass and that alone makes me feel horrible. I just literally look forward to nothing and I hate life and I care about EVERYTHING way too much. I don't know what to do.

Had a friend go through this and she let her doctor know and he was glad she did because she basically had pre postpartum and he said that she'd probably have it after the baby came. But because she knew before hand she was able to get through it and have a good support system in place.

let your doctor know, and dont bottle anything up. I used to cry all the time i became so depressed and alone feeling. just know your never alone, & this may be really hard but what you are going through will become worth it to you once you lay your eyes on your beautiful babies. just remember pregnancy doesnt past forever! i really hope you feel better and i hope things get easier for you. also know that a lot of us are here for you! you can message me anytime of anyday if you want to talk!

It's hard when reality finally sets in that there's no turning back. My friends with twins felt the same way but once they saw their babies all the fears, worries and doubts fade away. I would recommend talking to someone- a doctor, a friend, a family member.. They will reassure you that how you're feeling is normal but someone may be able to offer you more advice, help or support. Good luck Hun. You're not alone.

There is such a thing as antenatal depression. Might mention it to your OBGYN or midwife also. I've experienced this too. Just try talking to people. Emotions are definitely increased during this time, just be strong and reach out for some help. You shouldn't have to do it alone.
