So pissed😡 I've been fighting the urge to take Ambien and I finally broke down and took one last night at 8pm after dinner. What no one told me was in order for the shit to work properly I needed to take it on an empty stomach. So here I am still wide awake 😡😡😡😡😡

How many mg? Don't take more than 10 mg tho. They shoulda start you with 5 mg. did you suffer insomnia before.

@missjuline, maybe you were tired in ED. But there's no correlation to an empty stomach. Certain meds to be taken before or empty stomach are usually given in the mornings at 7am.
I was in the Emergency room a few days ago and they gave it to me on an empty stomach and in 30 minutes I was out cold. Last night I broke down and took it 5 minutes after I finished eating and I've been wide awake since. Initially I felt a little groggy but never fell asleep
@missjuline, no not necessary. It's taken at night when you've already eaten. I usually give patients between 10-11pm

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
I had to go buy more of my Prenatal vitamins, cause I was running out of my another ones almost. I love taking those they are so yummy, better then taking the pill ones. 😃😗❤️❤️👌🏼

My OB doesn’t want to take me anymore because I am too “high risk” so I got a new one they don’t want to see me either. They referred me to a group one hour way from my house. But there is only one high risk dr and he doesn’t know if he could see me.
I feel like I should not see any at this point.
Mommas of baby boys... Would it be weird to shower/ take a bath with my son? We both are in need of one but I don't have the energy to take one then give him one 😒 and if so what's the appropriate age to stop?
