I used to worry about every ache and pain I had, but its best not to worry unless you see blood or in so much pain that you can't take it. I have had some pretty bad pains, I get it under my rib cage and into my back all the time!

I'd say the beginning of your womb making its way for baby (: it can be frightening for sure but it'll be ok xo @amylashae

no blood so far... just sore up under my ribs and lower back

could be ligament stretching due to making room for a baby (: as long as you have no blood I'd say take it easy and stay hydrated
