I made it a routine to take them every night before I go to bed. I suck at taking meds though. I'm the worst with antibiotics and things like that!!

I would set an alarm to take them is not bad but it's not good either is for the baby

I haven't taken prenatals since I was like 8 weeks pregnant and I'm 22 weeks pregnant and my baby is healthy as ever. So I'm sure skipping a day or two on accident isn't going to do anything. I did see one girl say she put her prenatals beside her tooth brush so every night when she brushed her teeth she would remember to take her prenatals. Maybe you could do tht.?

my mom didnt take prenatals when she was pregnant with me, and i came out fine lol

@theirmommy_2, lol my grandma was telling me that she didn't take them with her kids and they're fine too.

put them next to your night stand or by your deoderant or toorh brush, something you use every day and start taking them. I take mine at night before bed
