Must i take the glucose test and the stress test for the baby? I'm really against this stress test n during this pregnancy I have a weak stomach for certain things....
I think pregnant women should have decisions if to take a certain test or not
the glucose one I passed but it made me SUPER light headed and the drink made me ill...like halfway through the drink my body was telling me to put it down 😑
I just like things much more natural... Don't wanna go thru all of this. In the Caribbean we never go through these stuff n our children comes out normal
Why are you against the nst? I only had one with my first because I went in because I didn't feel him much. I don't believe I'll have one this time around unless needed. There are tons of alternatives to the glucose test including jelly beans and full meals. Ask your doc.
you have to take the glucose test because of gestational diabetes and the stress test if you have to take it, you are hooked up to a monitor and get to listen to babys heart beat for a while and mark their movement. at the end I had to take 2 stress tests a week I was high risk with diabetes
The stress one is nothing really you just lay there. The glucose you have to. I did fine with the 1hr but the 3hr I failed because I can't handle sugar too well.
There are alternatives to the regular glucose test. I think one is called the jellybean method? Look into it as an option. I got a glucose meter and tested my blood for 2 weeks. 4 times a day and kept a log which then went to my midwife.
I had to take the glucose one but not the stress one
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!
I can’t stress this enough, PLEASE TIP YOUR SERVER!!

Weekly non stress test!
I'm so nervous I have to go to the DMV tomorrow to take my written exam and im scared I won't pass it. I have court on Wednesday for not having a driver's license and I know the judge is going to get on my ass for not having my DL. I've just been so stressed out. After the written test when can I go for the driving test?
Oh definitely you have a choice to take it or not. But the nst is for high risk situations and isn't a routine thing and it's very non invasive. It's not something they do just because in a low risk pregnancy.
