Any tips on how to get my son to stop grinding his teeth? His top two just came through so he's grinding the top and bottom and making a horrible noise!

my daughter is doing it too!! i usually try and givee her something to chew on or eat when i hear that horrible noise!!

my daughter was just doing this! I could not get her to stop! then a few days later 2 more teeth came in

So I realize I may not get an answer as google wasn't much help either since a lot of kids dont have 3 teeth this early! BUT my 6 month old has 2 bottom teeth and 1 on top that isnt all the way down yet, but yet he GRINDES them! he grindes his teeth and it drives me nuts! any idea why and if I can stop it??

I'm thinking I'll try orajel first because his back teeth are starting to bother him now. Maybe he's just trying to get relieved.
