ok so I've been having really bad period like cramps and it's all day is that normal? it hurts so bad I can't even stand straight my lower back is in pain.

You can try a warm bath in Epsom salt. Or a heating pad on your back. @jocelyn23

I've seen some women compare having contractions to period like cramps. If it gets unbearable I'd go to the ER for sure. @jocelyn23

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. could deff be contractions, i had the same problem a week ago, finally it went away. back labor is real. they told me it was my body prepairing for the real deal.
