I am currently looking into birth control. My doctor told me to call ahead to see if my insurance will cover it and my appointment is on the 6th of January so I'm feeling a little behind. What are your mamas experiences with BC? I am currently breastfeeding but slowly switching over to strictly pumping so I'd hate to mess with my supply. Also, if I go with an IUD of some sort will they insert it at my 6 week post partum appointment?

I have the IUD and I have no problems at all with it I also breastfeed. the only thing is it will make you bleed for a little bit. but when the bleeding
stops it makes your periods so light and only a couple days long. I personally love it.
My friend said iud doesn't mess with supply but I've heard horrible things about it in general. I chose to not be on any bc.
please don't get the iud its horrible and causing problems the nexplanon is wonderful
they typically wait to insert the iud until you are on your period. but this would mess with your breastfeeding I am sure pump or not. just look towards Neva rings or something simple and removable or consult your ob about what BC is okay with BF

But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though
What should i do i am very confused
Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec
Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
So threw up the brew but still having some contractions. I suppose it will help dilation.
Sigh so I guess my appointment for Friday to get monitoring is still on .

Sorry I been ignoring yall but I have been so miserable the past days I'M STILL PREGNANT my contractions would be strong for hours and it looked like I was gonna have a baby then everything just stopped so I got sent home. they said I have to wait till my appointment Wednesday so I can talk to my doctor about the next step. I HATE THIS 😢😢😩
I have the IUD I had a few problems with it in the beginning such as bleeding twice a month and my hubby hitting the strings but once my body got use to it which took 4 months and my Dr cutting the strings I love it. I'd ask if it'd mess with your supply and they inserted mine at 7 weeks pp but every Dr is different
