Been having abdomen and lower back pain since yesterday afternoon. No bleeding. Trying to stay positive about it but it's worrying me. Hopefully little peanuts home is just growing. 💛 Anything I can do about this pain?

@bricebarrett102397 a warm bath won't make her go into labor supposedly hot baths do.
don't take a bath shower is your best thing if you don't want to go into labor yet
Tylenol and a warm bath is really all you can do and maybe a heating pad on low for a few minutes
Kinda hard to time these but they arnt that painful but about 7 mins apart

Everyone always talks about about the pain from labor but how about that pain afterwards when those nurses come in and massage your uterus.... that crap hurts worse then labor lol

I keep seeing post about the cervix exam being painful is it really painful and how is exam performed ??? FTM so I don't know
@bricebarrett102397 its a hot bath that you aren't supposed to take because it's bad for you supposedly same reason why you can't get in a hot tub but people say its not true idk. I just know I take baths all the time & I'm still pregnant it helps a lot with round ligament pain or stretching pain. my doctor never told me not to take a bath.. warm baths are fine
