We go by this one. My Ob says that pregnancy is 40 weeks, however, there is a margin of error or 2 weeks, and that's why some go all the way to 42. Especially if the period length is not 28 days, because due dates are calculated based on 28 day cycle, when a woman's cycle can be anywhere from 28 days to 45 days and still be considered normal.
