I woke up with this rash all over my face out of no where and I haven't changed any thing different I don't know if it's because I'm pregnant or what does anyone have any suggestions ?

It's crazy because I just washed my bedding two days ago I'll try that to I took Benadryl I tried Vaseline omg lol but Thank you @nharri22

try washing your face and your bedding. but it could just be hormones making you break out

Sometimes your skin will react to chemicals in the face soaps you use during pregnancy. I had to change mine once I got pregnant. 😕
