ohhh poor baby... try laying her on her belly for a little bit. That could help her poop. Maybe you could sneak the swaddle in after she falls asleep on you.

nope swaddling pissed her off she kept screaming for me to get her hands out. and I keep rocking her and her eyes are wide open she's been up for 7 hours. the most she slept was 10 mins since 2 this morning @caseclosed2015

Is she sleeping yet? Maybe you should try and swaddle her. Then pick her up and rock her really slow and make the shhhhhh sound quietly but loud enough for her to hear. But slowly. That should help especially since she's been up all night.
