starting to get sick. I have half a plugged up nose and a sines headache..... what can I do to relive it?

that's pretty much if not exactly the list my high risk and regular ob gave me and I was 11-12 weeks with twins. so you will be fine. you can try some more natural remedies to if it would make you feel better. try standing in a bathroom and have the shower really hot the steam helps. sore throat take a spoon full of hunny right before bed. an ice pack on your forehead does wonders for a headache also.
can I take these at 13 weeks???? I just don't wanna get ahead of myself but thank you so much!

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
i have been fighting the same thing. i use a saline rinse and Clairton. hot tea/lemonaid with honey in it does wonders for a sore throat. just make sure the lemonaid is actuel lemonaid (countrytime doesnt count)
