ladies help! I have been getting the most leg cramps/ charlie horses and they are so bad is this…

My sister got them a lot...water and bananas

did she have a problem with keeping water in like at night when I go to bed I get up at least 10 times to use the restroom. and it's full amounts of urine like I've been drinking water at night but it's like I lose my whole days supply

@mommy2b2016, I pee like that throughout the night too...I honestly wonder where all the pee comes from..I think that's relatively normal at this stage in pregnancy..I don't get Charlie horses like my sister but I know the potassium from bananas really help with them. Maybe try finding more foods with water or drink little sips of Gatorade for electrolytes?

I have that same problem my doctor prescribed me Tylenol but I get pain in my leg throughout the day now too

I used to eat a banana or tums

drink water, eat bananas, take vitamins, also Gatorade may help.

You're lacking potassium in your diet
