Anyone else wake up pretty much every hour of the night and still don't sleep through the day? & if you do, do you do anything about it or is there even anything to do about it? and how far along are you. I'm a ftm 34 weeks.

I usually have to take benadryl to sleep or I'm up every hour of the night and I'm only 27 weeks. Naps are pretty much impossible too cause I can never stay asleep.
yes and can not ever take naps or fall back too sleep it's hard I'm 35 weeks along 😔
Is there anything to do? cause I try to sleep as long through the night as I can cause if I do wake up I can't stay in bed for too long cause my hips hur r so bad and it hurts to do anything. shoot im barely able to walk if I stay anywhere to long.
yup. and I can't take naps through out the day bc I have my kids to watch :/
