they think I am having more then one but won't do a ultra sound because nothing is wrong

Everyone's bump is different. If you (anyone) is concerned with weight gain or loss bring it up to your OB.

I just turned 19 weeks 2 days ago and I'm no where near this big, is that bad? 😕
