what can I do for a sick baby? I think my 6 week old baby got a tummy bug from my sister in law yesterday at a Christmas gathering. all day today she has been sleeping, and when she is awake she is constantly spitting up a lot and she normally doesn't have runny poops, but now she has all day and is pretty fussy when she is awake. any advice??? we have tried peppermint water, gas drops, and a warm bath to help with her tummy, I'm worried she will become dehydrated if it keeps up.

Yes call a nurse. I'm not sure if at six weeks if she an have pedialyte. Is she drinking her formula? Make sure she is still peeing that's one way to tell for dehydration. But babies can get dehydrated fast so I would call a nurse

id call a nurse hotline. I'm not sure about there, but our peds office does a 24 hr one. i hope she feels better soon!! 🙏🙏 that's no fun 😢
