******hey mommas, does anyone know what the process of divorce while pregnant? and the rights of mommy? please help!

all I know is get that divorce before the baby gets here or other wise he will have rights to his child just as much as you do. if you aren't married he has no rights what so ever untill he takes you to couet

He only has rights if his name is put on the birth certificate. if you don't put his name down, he can take you to court and petition for it.

I like in a no fault state... so I could "claim" it might not be his?
