question: Are Lactation Cookies all they are cracked up to be?

@kaylahammond, there's actually a monthly subscription service if you're interested and they have a ton of flavors. mooncookies.net. I've not tried them, I take Lactation Boost made by The Honest Company, it's a vitamin you take twice a day but I only take it once and can tell a difference

it has for me, it has fenugreek and whatnot in it. I've tried the tea by upspring which has a maple syrup aftertaste and the tea is berry flavored. but I can tell a big difference when I take the vitamin @kaylahammond
