felt really dehydrated but havent wanted to make an er visit unless i couldnt keep anything down. i now feel a lot better and i drank like 2 gatorades and 3 32oz waters since i got home at 530. i also had to take Tylenol and took a cool shower. now im just relaxing with my niece and his sister because i dont want to be to loud while my fiance is playing video games in our room.
