@canc3r.surviv0r.m0mmy, extremely dangerous. From a healthcare point of view. Not worth jeopardizing your babies health after all these weeks. I'm overdue and I'll be damned to ingest. Walking, squats, bouncing on ball, sex can help

I did! I took it for a couple days like a week before I had my daughter. It did start contractions but definitely have her bounce on a yoga ball and walk!

tell her to bounce up and down like she's on a bouncey ball but go lower. hands on the coffee table for support. also, push like she's giving birth. chin to chest, knees bent, pushing as if u were constipated
