I dont know what I can take for a runny nose, its just boogers mainly no coughing. But I cant breathe through my nose. I dont have insurance to see a doctor, is anyone else sick that can give me advice.😵😪

I bought the benadryl my aunt said it was fine the 25 mg, she works at doctors office.
